I'd recommend CUPRA Oldham to a friend because Rachel the sales rep was fantastic, took us through the cars features and specs really well, didn't push any finance options on us and was brilliant with her communication throughout the sales process

Quite a rude interaction to begin with, Rachael the saleswoman showed me round the car and then when we sat to talk numbers tried to push me down a finance route which I didn’t want to do, she told me ‘if you finance I get more commission’

when I called and asked to deal with another member of staff (Shaun) the following day he was polite and apologetic about the other member of staff, we made a deal and he passed me over to Lewis to do the handover, he was friendly and helpful and made the experience so much better than what Rachael did.
